Position Summary:

We have a fantastic opportunity for an intern to join our Talent Acquisition team on a 12 month placement. This placement is ideally suited to an undergraduate who is looking to gain some experience in either Recruitment or HR as part of your academic studies.

During this internship you will be responsible for providing essential administrative and operational support across various stages of the recruitment process. This is a great opportunity to gain an understanding of the many processes involved in hiring for a range of corporate roles across the UK, Europe, Middle East and Africa.

What will I be doing?

Day to day, you will act as a point of contact for any recruitment queries both across the UK and EMEA. You will also be our designated ‘systems expert’ and will provide various status updates, management information and reports on recruitment activity as and when required. You will administer online testing for selection purposes and will facilitate interviews via our online video interview tool. This role is an integral part of the Talent Acquisition team where you will provide not only a support function but will also be instrumental in supporting on a range of project based initiatives.

What are we looking for?

This is a 12 month internship starting in June 2018 so ideally you will be an undergraduate currently working towards a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent). A business related degree is preferred however we will consider applicants from other disciplines provided they can demonstrate an interest to progress a career within this field.

The ideal candidate will be exceptionally well organized and will have at least an interest in Recruitment or HR if not relevant to your degree or any work experience you might have. Other ‘must haves’ include excellent people skills and the ability to communicate with a range of people at all levels. Needless to say, this role involves dealing with a range of confidential issues so you must be able to offer absolute discretion. You will need to be extremely organized and possess excellent time management skills in order to succeed in this role.
