Healthcare Operations Analyst, Junior

Key Role:

Serve as a project contributor and maintain responsibility for contributing to the transformation of healthcare systems within the federal sector. Act as a general management consultant with an appreciation, interest, and aptitude for solving complex challenges. Improve the delivery of healthcare through developing a multifaceted solution approach to people, processes, and technology. Contribute to a team that reviews, plans, and evaluates healthcare systems. Contribute to all phases of programs and projects from inception through completion. Monitor adherence to master plans and schedules, identify program problems, and obtain solutions.

Basic Qualifications:

-1+ years of experience with working in the government or commercial industry on business strategy, business process, analytic, or other related challenges-Ability to perform day–to–day contribution of key activities in support of health delivery and health plan operations and associated project teams across the client’s healthcare system landscape

-Ability to obtain a security clearance-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-1+ years of experience in the healthcare industry

-1+ years of experience with managing consulting engagements

-Experience with contributing to large and complex projects

-Experience in working with government healthcare providers or payers, including the Veterans Administration, military health, or CMS

-Ability to display well-developed analytic and presentation capabilities, including advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint skill sets

-Possession of excellent analytical and facilitation skills

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
