Cyberspace Training Facilitator

Key Role:

Plan, develop, evaluate, and update training programs, course content, and materials. Implement methodologies to improve the instructional design process, thus demonstrating an understanding of the Instructional System Development Methodology. Develop training objectives and implement methodologies to assess student progress towards meeting the training objectives and integrate course curricula. Assist with preparing instructors and ensuring instructor familiarity with the course content and objectives for delivery in classroom settings, and maintain same familiarity and assist with delivery of course content. Leverage the ability to work efficiently in a military staff environment requiring coordination across USCYBERCOM Directorates, JFHQs, subordinate headquarters, Service Cyber components, Combatant Commands (CCMDs), components and agencies, and USCYBERCOM Strategic partners and stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications:

-2+ years of experience in a Cyberspace environment

-Ability to perform with minimum guidance the design, development, and implementation of training programs and provide input to training strategies, methodologies, and tools

-Ability to maintain SA of technology evolution, analyze technology evolution, and develop associated training requirements and curriculum

-Ability to assess training effectiveness and demonstrate an understanding of DCO and OCO concepts

-Ability to effectively communicate, analyze, problem solve, and pay attention to detail

-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph required

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with supporting USCYBERCOM

Clearance:Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
