Position

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist the TR Management in mapping, evaluating the opening opportunities within Key Accounts & new clients, factoring them into business & merchandising plans.

  • Coordinate, deploy & follow up of all sell-in activities related to new doors roll out (in cooperation with Customer Service, Trade Marketing, Field Supervisor, Buyers).

  • Follow up and secure order collection and sell in targets, providing monthly and weekly updates.

  • Assess and monitor sell-through ratios and stock levels within clients.

  • Define assortment, line up, layout in each door.

  • Liase with Buyers to define yearly range, listing of novelties, delistings, marketing returns.

  • Collect, monitor and supervise commercial agreements & contract deadlines, liasing with pricing department & Management in order to deliver yearly deals.

  • Ensure that regular reviews are carried out with Clients, to secure their needs are met, excellent service is achieved, and future improvements are identified.

  • Support accurate planning and forecasting to secure sales target achievements (sell-in).

  • Follow up of airlines listings and related activities. Scouting of new listing opportunities.

  • Cooperate with TR Management to build up KPIs, customer clustering and ranked potentials.

  • Support TR Management in key client presentations, exhibitions, seminars, meetings.

    Profile

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

  • 2-3 years of work experience, preferably within Travel retail, or luxury beauty business, luxury accessories, wines & spirits.

  • International mind set, credible and confident communicator at all levels.

  • Presentation skills, strong commercial acumen & customer focus.

  • Tenacious and results driven, with sound business judgment.

  • Highly energized and motivated, high level of commitment.

  • Ability to prioritize, work effectively under pressure to seasonal and customer deadlines.

  • Ability to work within a fast growing environment and matrix organizations, innovation attitude, commitment to teamwork, learning and development.

  • Excellent in Italian and English, third language in preferred;

  • Very good computer skills;
