We are seeking a Public Relations Executive to sit within the 24 Sèvres Brand Communications team. Balancing quantitative and qualitative excellence, the successful candidate will be a brand champion for 24 Sèvres, helping to drive growth in core cities whilst developing global awareness across new and traditional media. The right candidate will have existing PR experience with an entrepreneurial spirit. The successful candidate will be involved in all levels of activities, juggling several projects at all times. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

This role reports into the Global Brand Communications Manager.

(English job title: PR Executive)

  • Support the Global Brand Communications Manager with development and implementation of PR strategy, from briefing to execution, analysis, and reporting.

  • Lead management of global press agency to drive worldwide strategy and support individual market initiatives, liaising day-to-day to ensure they are up to date with all potential news stories; provide clear direction on pitching, outreach, planning and reporting.

  • Liaise with agency to pitch and secure coverage in global outlets (focusing on key markets) for all relevant launches, exclusives, events, etc., and ensure timely and efficient delivery of requested assets and information.

  • Drive development of brand ambassador program, including programming (specifically monthly reward scheme); identify and help cultivate relationships with content partners and influencers to increase brand visibility; support logistics for dressing strategies as relevant.

  • Cultivate relationships with press in key markets through global PR agency; focus specifically on building strong relationships in the French market.

  • Handle day-to-day shoot/gifting requests and sample trafficking in a timely and efficient fashion, installing a clear process with internal Logistics team; oversee stock management with global PR agency and internal teams, flagging any issues to ensure efficient flow of stock in and out of the business.

  • Draft press releases for all key activity, in both French and English.

  • Help manage collateral/asset briefing, delivery and approval system both internally and externally (e.g. press releases, imagery, campaign collateral, etc.)

  • Provide consistent reporting to the business, sharing key insights and recommendations which support business needs and drive performance; develop reporting structure covering all key territories, identifying relevant daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly insight sharing frequency.

  • Update and manage media databases; create and maintain strategic calendar detailing activity to support launches, events, exclusives etc., to be shared with other internal departments and with agencies, as relevant.

  • Monitor and scan media/press coverage, work closely with global PR agency on collation of press clippings and reporting.

  • Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure the brand image is championed throughout all assets and communications; collaborate with internal teams on Partnerships and Social Media where relevant to ensure relationships are maintained and commercially viable, and to guarantee alignment of objectives and implementation along the way.

  • Drive planning and execution of press events, where relevant.

  • Brainstorm ideas for features, events and other initiatives.

  • Support with ad hoc requests, such as drafting awards submissions for all areas.

  • Provide administrative support to department and wider organisation across various projects and day-to-day activity, as needed.

    Profil

ESSENTIAL SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

  • Graduate or equivalent with 3-5 years' experience gained in fashion, online and/or retail communications, experience in multi-brand and/or e-commerce strongly preferred.

  • Professional fluency in French and English a must.

  • Impeccable written and communication skills; impeccable attention to detail with perfect formatting and presentation; experience drafting press releases, pitches, briefs, proposals and reports.

  • Must be deadline-driven and able to multi-task/prioritise; autonomy to deliver individual tasks whilst maintaining focus on overall objectives.

  • Exudes passion for all things digital media.

  • High level of IT literacy and advanced knowledge of Microsoft applications essential.

  • Represents the Group in an appropriate way, acting as an ambassador at events, networking, etc.
