Training Analyst is responsible for executing the training strategy and content for the EMEA Global Services organization. This role implements the defined curriculum for the organization and takes full responsibility of effective knowledge sharing across J&J EMEA GS organization.
The Training Analyst will also ensure all stakeholders in the J&J EMEA GS organization are fully informed, educated and trained on the relevant services, processes, policies, technologies and data needs in region and globally. The analyst will be responsible for tracking compliance to curriculum requirements.
Build and deliver training for J&J EMEA Global Services (GS).
Coordinate regional/local training for J&J EMEA GS employees and contractors.
Partner with content SMEs across J&J EMEA GS to build new training content and/or update existing materials.
Apply and execute the policies, procedures and management metrics to control and monitor J&J EMEA GS training performance and effectiveness.
Continuously improve training and performance support materials as needed.
Support the J&J EMEA GS functional training infrastructure
Cooperate with J&J GS Training teams from other sites to ensure global consistency of materials.
Act as an ambassador for our internal customers, and ensure end user/customer feedback and suggestions for improvement are incorporated into enhancement efforts.
Interact and interface with customers, vendors, service providers, and other third parties as applicable in relation to the activities and dependencies of the role.
5+ years of experience in training design, development and/or delivery
Experience using content authoring tools
Experience in instructional technologies including learning management and/or content management systems
Knowledge of training measurement analytics tools, methods and processes
Strong customer service and relationship management
Communication planning and delivery
