IBM Training specialist – Student - Trusteer in TEL AVIV, Israel

Trusteer, IBM Security Group, is seeking a student to join our Training and content team.

  • As part of the Customer Services group, the Content and Training Team creates and manages all training programs and support content for customer services as well as other parts of the IBM-Trusteer organization.

  • The team provides training for new and veteran employees on all skill levels, training for customers and consumers (our customers’ customers) and content-related support for the Customer Services group.

  • The Training specialist will learn everything about our top security products and will be in charge of:

  • Developing and Producing internal and customer-facing training materials

  • Updating and revising training programs as necessary, in order to improve the effectiveness of our training materials, the level of our deliverables and the user experience

  • Ensuring that the training requirements and the business goals of the group and the company are met

  • Developing certification paths (including OJT kits and guides, assessment tools, exams, etc.)

  • Maintaining the Content queue (resolving content-related tickets, mainly writing/re-writing articles, phrasing/re-phrasing materials)

  • Must be admitted student in a recognized academic institute in Israel with at least 3 semesters left to graduation

  • Able to work at least 3 days a week

  • Excellent English level

  • Technical background and fast-learner

  • Good writing and communication skills, both internal and customer-facing

  • Experience in creating and managing various types of training programs, projects and curriculums

  • Experience with eLearning authoring and training development tools, such as: Articulate, Captivate, Camtasia, Powerpoint
