Johnson & Johnson Customer & Logistics Services (CLS) is a global Supply Chain organization that supports operating units across all of the Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies. CLS strives to deliver an exceptional customer experience through leading critical customer facing-functions such as distribution and transportation. In addition, CLS oversees critical business enablers, including how we gather and manage supply chain master data, safe and secure supply chain practices, product identification standards, and market/channel access capabilities. CLS supports all three sectors of Johnson & Johnson: Medical Device & Diagnostics, Pharmaceutical, and Consumer Products. This team is represented in multiple countries, and continues to grow globally in both visibility and responsibility. The CLS team reports to Johnson & Johnson Supply Chain and partners closely with groups throughout the supply chain organization.
In this role, you are responsible for leading the distribution process for integration of J&J acquired businesses into the network. You will understand tasks associated with the process and standards at our internal 3PL DC’s, as well as leading the Distribution Team in analysis, project management, reporting, process, and inventory flow for newly acquired businesses. You will also partner cross functionally to ensure timely and efficient flow of material into the DC’s by performing inventory transactions in SAP.
•Leading distribution integration of newly acquired businesses.
•Participating on project teams and provide all necessary distribution inputs, including analysis, reporting, and inbound standards/process information to facilitate integration.
•Understanding the inbounding process as a local SME.
•Managing SAP inventory transactions for newly acquired businesses.
•Resolving ASN holds, ASN iDOC or CMT errors in SAP.
•Acting as single point of contact between Supply Chain and Distribution Centers, for specific businesses managed, when needed.
•Collaborating with Supply Chain Planning, Manufacturing Sites, IT, Finance, Distribution Centers, and Contractors as needed.
•Assisting in managing compliance activities as defined by the Inbound Standards SOP.
•Working with Quality, Distribution BPO, and IT to ensure system and process improvements meet CSV validation testing requirements.
•Interacting with 3PL/J&J Distribution community, franchise partners, internal/external manufacturing, and QA.

•A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required. A focused degree in Logistics, Business, Engineering, Operations Management, Finance and/or an MA/MS/MBA is preferred.
•A minimum of four (4) years of business experience is required.
•Experience in logistics, supply chain planning, inventory management, finance and/or operations is required.
•Direct Supply Chain experience and/or support of Supply Chain functions is preferred.
•Operations knowledge of SAP Order-to-Cash tools (ECC, APO, BW) and Warehouse Management Systems is preferred.
•Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Power Point is required.
•Demonstrated Project Management experience is required.
•Strong analytical background.
•Driving innovation, process improvements, and working in a team environment, while demonstrating leadership.
•Collaboration and interdependent partnering skills are also required.
•Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of the organization is also required.
•This position is located in Skillman, NJ and may require up to 25% domestic travel.
