MD&D Regional Distribution Centre is one of the three global strategic hubs of Johnson & Johnson Medical Devices, handling over USD 100 mn inventory of products belonging to six different business units, servicing the J&J affiliates in thirteen Asia Pacific Countries. Position Summary:

  • Manage the Affiliate customer services for LDC – enhance customer experience of all affiliate serviced through LDC. Responsible to work with the customer service team to meet applicable customer service KPIs

  • Outbound related quality and compliance – Ensure proper documentation of processes (SOP/ WIs) and exceptions/ changes (NCR/CAPA)

  • Stakeholder management – 3PL, Regional Planning team , Affiliate Plan and CLS team

  • Principal Responsibilities:

Outbound Affiliate services management –

  • Outbound orders management – overall coordination of affiliate orders and planning with customer service team and 3PL

  • Exception Management - urgent orders and system/process related exceptions management for LDC outbound processes

  • Manage & pre-empt supply chain events which can impact services to affiliates.

  • Responsible for meeting targets for outbound KPIs- OTS, OTB, Backorder management, %age shipment accuracy – Excess/ shortage/ damage. .

  • Maintain & periodically update process documentation for existing and new outbound processes (SOP/WIs)

Outbound Affiliate services management –

  • Outbound orders management – overall coordination of affiliate orders and planning with customer service team and 3PL

  • Exception Management - urgent orders and system/process related exceptions management for LDC outbound processes

Quality & Compliance Activities -

  • Work with quality team to meet quality requirements in Outbound process

  • Work on creation, change management and timely closure of all quality related actions e.g. SOP, WI, NCR, Change control

  • Project Execution, SAP enhancements-

  • Identify and work on planned system enhancements including testing to ensure error free implementation

  • Outbound process related project execution and management

Others-

  • PO processing process in Ariba

Qualifications

  • Degree in a related field

  • 3 - 5 years of experience in supply chain related discipline with proven record of customer service

  • Strong Customer service, sense of urgency skills; proven track record of delivering against deadlines. Excellent collaborative skill. Ability to work locally and regionally, across businesses, sectors, and functions.

  • Excellent understanding of the order processing & customer service processes

  • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

  • Strong analytical ability

  • Understanding of end to end supply chain processes and Supply Chain KPIs.

  • External interactions may include customers, industry partners, third-party distribution centers and suppliers, transportation providers, and customer service center vendors.

  • 5% travelling is required

  • experience in customer service or data management role.
