Directs and initiates eCommerce/ ATM marketing programs, initiatives, channel strategies and research projects. Works closely with business partners in creating new eCommerce/ ATM strategies for physical and electronic channels and implementing new marketing approaches. Act as the architect for one or more eCommerce product development projects, leveraging technical acumen to help design and/ or implement systems and user acceptance tests. Works on the most complex projects or with the most visible/ important online products.

The Digital Monetization and Cross-Platform Sales team is seeking a seasoned Sr eCommerce Product Consultant to help advance the development innovative initiatives to drive alternate revenue streams for the bank. The position will focus evangelizing the digital platform monetization vision throughout enterprise. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to create a strategic roadmap and drive execution of these initiatives through partnerships with fintechs, digital wallets and retailers.
The ideal candidate will be a forward thinking leader with a proven track record of successfully bringing next generation products, services and technologies to market. The role requires an individual with a strong combination of strategic thinking, detailed tactical planning and project management expertise.
Candidates should have a solid understanding of banking products and services, e-commerce strategies [payments, affiliate partnerships, mobile sales, digital advertising] and be proactive in their approach, with an ability to own and manage multiple priorities simultaneously; familiarity with agile development methodology also a big plus.
They must be able to absorb and build upon the vision of executive leadership; effectively create a story to articulate complex subject matter in a clear concise manner easily comprehended by key stakeholders and executive leadership across the organization, and demonstrate ability to execute on that vision.
As a Senior Product Consultant, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to serve as a primary conduit for and between the Digital business, product, marketing, operations, technology, internal counsel/control, and line of business partners, and will have accountability for establishing/maintaining strong relationships and building consensus with peers and partners across the organization.
· Job Requirements:
Partner with external vendors, digital wallets, retailers to identify integration opportunities that facilitate the ecommerce shopping experience
Own the agile development of features supporting continuing evolution of our digital monetization strategy including requirement/story development, grooming, build, testing and acceptance, Q/A and reporting
Working closely with UX and other cross functional partners to document use cases, feature stories and wireframes
Coordinate and lead cross-line-of-business partner alignment to drive initiative strategy, planning, stakeholder approvals and execution pathing
Establish and maintain clear execution routines for initiative continuity and regular management briefing/status reporting
Collaborate with executive management to shape the Bank of America Digital Monetization roadmap
· Preferred Skills:
7+ years proven leadership in a management role working in sales, marketing and e-commerce
3 years of experience with Digital Commerce and B2B/B2C environments with a proven track record of growing these channels and an excellent understanding of retailers’ business models and how technology enables marketing and sales.
Proven ability to bring new products/services to market
Exceptional facility with Microsoft Power Point and Office suite
Excellent communication [verbal, written, presentation] and networking skills; able to drive consensus
Strong interest and knowledge of emerging technology trends and applications
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, customer-driven environment
