Wells Fargo Financial Consultant 4 in Saint Louis, Missouri

The Advisor Led and Client Experience & Growth Finance Team has an opportunity for a senior financial professional to provide complex analysis and senior level business support for the Advisor Led Channel and Client Experience & Growth teams within Wells Fargo Advisors (WFA). Advisor Led is the largest retail sales group in WFA with approximately 10k financial advisors and total revenues in the range of $7.4 billion annually.

The core responsibilities of the position include:

  • Prepare complex analysis to understand trends in business metrics including advisory flows, lending balance growth, account alignment, same store sales, and relationship between deposits and transactional revenue, etc.

  • Prepare channel level scenario planning for impact of performance against targets in areas of fee based revenues, advisory flows, deposits, lending balance growth and expense management.

  • Lead/partner with business leaders on identifying expense save and revenue generating opportunities and coordinate with members of the COE to ensure inclusion in the Outlook.

  • Create senior leader presentations with an emphasis on results, strategy, and education.

  • Continue to identify opportunities to leverage FMT for enhanced, automated reporting for leaders.

  • Provide direction and guidance to less experienced staff.

Required Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of finance experience

Desired Qualifications:

  • A Master's degree or higher in accounting, finance, or economics

  • Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills

  • Strong financial modeling skills

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Hyperion Essbase experience
