Bank of America Process Design Manager in Providence, Rhode Island
The incumbent will be responsible for designing, building and implementing initiatives supporting our responsible growth strategy, leading / working with cross organizational/discipline teams. Responsibilities will include identifying opportunities to effectively deliver on our strategy, developing supporting business cases, defining workstreams, engaging partners, providing ongoing communication and progress updates, identifying risks and mitigation plans, measurement strategies and reporting requirements. and providing execution support to Performance Management leaders across the Consumer Banking Channel. They will possess strong relationship management skills, analytical capabilities, and an extensive understanding of channel operating environment and processes. They will actively participate in initiatives and cross-organizational projects, prioritizing and working on multiple projects and priorities at the same time. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in effective interdisciplinary project management, analytical, effective partnership and communication skills.
3+ years of program and project management experience
3+ years experience in relatable process design experience.
Demonstrated ability to be part of a fast moving, execution oriented organization
Business acumen (Retail Financial Center) with proven ability to leverage expertise with credibility and impact
•Proven ability to turn complex ideas into well structured processes
•Excellent relationship management skills to build and maintain credibility and influence with internal teammates and stakeholders
•Proven ability to remain calm in high pressure situations
•Strong decision making skills with an assertive and proactive communication style
•Able to aggregate multiple sources of information to communicate quickly, succinctly and effectively
• Identify opportunities and/or issues, analyze data, determine root causes and recommend solutions
Build strong partnerships across the broader organization demonstrating flexibility, advisory / analytical expertise, and the proficiency and speed by which meaningful deliverables are provided.
• Drive performance excellence through the creation and management of initiatives and development of requisite resources
• Work with Performance Management leaders to execute, monitor and continuously improve programs to support performance
• Gain buy-in, communicating and influcencing with impact
• Create impactful presentations and communications
•Present business case, recommendations and provide program/performance updates to Senior and Executive Leadership
