Major Purpose:

Coordinates the activities required for processing legal name change, assignment and restructure requests across all product lines while adhering to our policies and procedures. This position is located in Oakville, Ontario.

Major Duties:

  • Review and process restructure requests due to loading issues, payment date change, substitution of collateral, incorrect serial number, ad hoc requests, partial and lump sum payments.

  • Work with T-Values to determine future payment schedules for various types of restructure requests.

  • Prepare restructure agreements and process revisions to account due to refinance of arrears, deferrals, renewals and amalgamations.

  • Prepare assignment and assumption agreements and transfer accounts in Infolease.

  • Administer incoming requests for legal name changes.

  • Liaise with credit, collection and accounting departments on a regular basis to discuss unresolved restructure and assignment matters.

  • Follow necessary procedures in the preparation of requirements to perfect security inventory under the PPSA Act.

  • Adhere to current assignment and restructure policies and procedures.

  • Prepare third party waiver requests.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Requirements:

  • Bilingual (French and English) both written and verbal.

  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).

  • Able to multi-task and work well in a fast paced environment.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills.

Assets:

  • Degree or Diploma in a Business/Management discipline or equivalent experience.

  • Knowledge of Ceres, Service Desktop, T-Values.

  • Knowledge of JDFI product lines (DRV, True and Operating Leases, CS Contracts).

  • Knowledge of Infolease.

This position will be posted for a minimum of 7 business days and unposted when a qualified pool of candidates is achieved.
