Business Overview: CIB Tax Utility - Tax Operations

CIB Tax Utility's US Tax Operations is responsible to execute Corporate & Investment Bank's obligation with compliance of the Internal Revenue Service's Tax information Reporting Program. We strive to deliver client centric tax information reporting service whilst ensuring the bank's compliance with the Internal Revenue Code under the Tax Information Reporting Program. As part of the CIB Tax Utility - US Tax Operations, our team within supports multiple line of businesses, Custody, Markets, Treasury Services, US Broker Dealer and JP Morgan Securities Canada Inc. Our scope continues to expand with the on-going evolution of CIB Tax Utility, providing an exciting career path for those with passion to deliver client centric and compliant tax information reporting services in a dynamic and complex tax regulatory environment.

Job Description

The tax analyst will work within a highly energetic and highly motivated team of tax operation professionals supporting multiple line of businesses, covering complex Non-resident alien tax withholding and reporting on form 1042-S, form 1099 reporting and backup withholding as well as tax reporting to Canadian Revenue Agency and Revenue Quebec.
