KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate, to join our Ethics & Compliance Organization.


  • Participate in the process management of the Continuing Professional Education (CPE) compliance management tool

  • Interact with various groups and individuals to field questions regarding mandatory trainings and firm compliance requirements

  • Work proactively to help ensure individual compliance with state CPE requirements by responding to questions and messaging

  • Perform compliance testing for CPE state jurisdictions by actively participating in the state CPE profile reviews and reporting process

  • Perform other duties in ethics and compliance as needed to fulfill department objectives


  • Minimum two years of research or related experience; preferably within a professional services firm or similar environment

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

  • Previous project or process management experience
