This position supports Trust Operations within the Wealth and Investment (WIM) group. Trust Operations plays an essential role in supporting the trust and custody business lines by providing back office processing support through a broad range of products and services. The primary role of this position is to provide real-time support for Trust processing and procedure inquiries for Wells Fargo’s Trust accounting system, SEI Trust 3000. As a member of the Trust Ops SEI Help Desk team you will work closely with other Trust 3000 production and technical support teams to facilitate the timely resolution of issues, in addition to communicating Trust 3000 system availability and processing alerts to affected lines of business.


  • Provide first-line SEI Trust 3000 support through monitoring and responding to user inquiries

  • Researching, tracking, and resolving Trust 3000 system issues

  • Serve as liaison between the Trust 3000 vendor, Trust community users, and technical support teams

  • Creating system availability and processing alerts affecting the Trust community

  • Maintaining SEI Trust 3000 documentation and procedures

  • Assist users with utilization of SEI-related documentation, conversational reporting, and search and select inquiries

  • Report administration on the WSF2C system

  • Communicate daily system statuses and processing alerts, track all customer inquiries to completion, and perform trend analysis with the goal of improving end-user SEI proficiency and help desk support.

Required Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of business systems analysis experience
