Humana is seeking a Business Services analyst who will collect multi-faceted data, analyze information, make recommendations, drive decisions, and implement recommendations within the Associate and Business Services team.

Role Essentials

  • High School Diploma or Associates degree

  • Certified Professional Coder (CPC)

  • Certified Medical Auditor (CPMA)

  • Clinical medical experience to include strong knowledge of medical terminology

  • Bilingual English and Spanish-fluent in both

  • Minimum 2 years experience in healthcare environment involving medical coding and billing

  • Demonstrated verbal and written skills

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products

  • Demonstrated presentation skills and has experience presenting to a group

  • Ability to travel locally and occasionally overnight in Florida

Role Desirables

  • Bachelors or Masters degree

  • Certified Risk Adjustment Coder (CRC)

  • Experience with Electronic Medical Records Reporting Relationships

You will report to a Business Manager. This area is under the leadership of the SVP and Chief Human Resources Officer.
