Humana is seeking a Business Services analyst who will collect multi-faceted data, analyze information, make recommendations, drive decisions, and implement recommendations within the Associate and Business Services team.

High School Diploma or Associates degree
Certified Professional Coder (CPC)
Certified Medical Auditor (CPMA)
Clinical medical experience to include strong knowledge of medical terminology
Bilingual English and Spanish-fluent in both
Minimum 2 years experience in healthcare environment involving medical coding and billing
Demonstrated verbal and written skills
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products
Demonstrated presentation skills and has experience presenting to a group
Ability to travel locally and occasionally overnight in Florida
Bachelors or Masters degree
Certified Risk Adjustment Coder (CRC)
Experience with Electronic Medical Records Reporting Relationships
