Responsible for the administration of all aspects of the Louisiana and Alabama Individual Medicare departments contact/lead management. Collects data and provides reports and analysis for a broad range of performance measurements. Contributes to problem solving and process design performance review. Helps to schedule and attends Member and Sales meeting events during AEP and throughout the year. Ensuring that High Issue Rates are Maintained. Works with their Sales Leader to maintain Compliance within the Market. Manages the lead distribution process to field reps and brokers. Monitors Rep/Broker lead closing ratios to maximize lead performance within the Market.
Manages the contact management process by controlling the lead distribution, determining lead assignments, collecting results, and selecting the disposition and/or next steps for each lead after reviewing, researching and analyzing performance metrics and other performance related factors.
Identifies, evaluates, and analyzes departmental sales performance. Generates reports and performance data for review and trend analysis. Reviews and analyzed other marketing information (such as the No-Call List) together with lead management performance data.
Responsible for the data integrity of all contact/lead management system data. Identifies contact/lead management system enhancements and makes recommendations to appropriate senior management. Serves as System Administrator for the departments contact/lead management system; performs all system updates as appropriate. Ensures compliance with all state and federal regulations.
Conducts system training for sales and administrative staff within an assigned geographic area.
Provides ongoing oversight and instruction for new departmental staff.
Conducts analysis of area membership and other related marketing information. Makes recommendations for direct mailings and volume of printed materials required.
May review member marketing materials for accuracy of content. Makes all plan specific revisions as required.
May participate in selling Medicare products to qualified prospects to help meet production quotas.
May participate in the recommendation of departmental process improvements.
Attends internal sales meetings, training, and other company events as requested by management.
Performs other duties as required.
Appropriate state license to sell insurance as required by state law, subject to product sold.
Previous (2-4 years) related Medicare telemarketing or direct sales experience.
Demonstrated experience of strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to use standard corporate software packages and corporate applications.
The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
