Position Summary and Essential Duties To provide leadership for development and administration of operational planning processes to meet service level and financial performance objectives Including resource scheduling, intra-day coordination, communication, and operational analysis.
Job Specific Information Shift:
Tuesday-Friday 1:00PM-9:30PM CT
Saturday 9:30-6:00 PM CT
Off Days- Sunday and Monday
Must be able to work some holidays
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities Considered a Plus
Five (5) years professional/exempt experience in operational or scheduling analysis with emphasis in statistical research methodologies or operations scheduling in a multiple ACD call center network environment
Access Database, Tableu, Spotfire, BRE or SQL
Expert/Advanced Excel Skills with Macros Pivot Tables experience
Strong mathematical and analytical skills- the ability to build a story with data
Ability to work independently as well as in a large team environment
Ability to prioritize and make decisions in a fast moving environment filled with distractions
Ability to identify workload trends and develop recommendations based on trends within a fast paced environment

Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree/equivalent. Five (5) years professional/exempt experience in operational or scheduling analysis with emphasis in statistical research methodologies or operations scheduling in a multiple ACD call center network environment. Knowledge of customer service operations, advanced skills and experience with automated workforce management and pc applications. Advanced knowledge of ACD and telecommunications. Strong systems, organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
