Position Summary and Essential Duties To provide in-bound and out-bound assistance to customers regarding package Inquires, problems and selling company services.

Job Specific Information Relocation assistance is not available.

Shift may be assigned anytime between the hours of operation and are bid and based on company continuous service.

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities Considered a Plus

  • Customer Service knowledge and/or experience

  • PC ability

  • Good verbal and writing skills

Network the position will support Revenue Services

Network Overview Takes calls from customers about billing inquires. Can also update invoicing, research, update credit cards .

Qualifications High school diploma/GED. No previous experience required. PC ability, verbal and writing skills. Ability to work variable shifts and weekends/holidays.

Call Center Hours of Operation Monday- Saturday; 7:00AM-8:00PM CST

Start Date of Position August 28, 2017

Training Dates for Position 6 weeks

Shift Hours for the Position Shift may be assigned anytime between the hours of operation and are bid and based on company continuous service.
