Lockheed Martin Subcontract Management Senior in Marietta, Georgia
Candidate will support the AMMM Development Team. Tasks include developing subcontract specifications, statement of work, terms and conditions, procurement of specialized materials and equipment for complex systems, their components and sub-components within industries such as aerospace, electronics, technology and similar industries. Tasks will include evaluating subcontractor proposals, negotiate subcontracts, issuing properly authorized awards/subcontracts and participating in price negotiations. Responsible for conducting cost analysis support, understanding procurement activity under the guidance of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFAR). Negotiates and coordinates additional, deletions, and modifications to subcontracts. You must be able to work without appreciable direction, Must be good communicator and have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite. Occasional travel will be required.
Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
Basic Qualifications Demonstrated experience issuing request for proposals (RFP/RFQ), or analyzing bids (supplier proposal), or contract negotiation.
Experience in Truth in Negotiations act (TINA) and/or Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) type fact-finding and analysis.
Experience Price Cost analysis (PCA or PA)
