Lockheed Martin Sr. Items Analyst in Los Angeles, California
Lockheed Martin is seeking a Sr. Items Analyst for a position in Los Angeles, CA to receive, process, store and issue Government and Contractor spare parts for depot repairs and numerous end-users worldwide. Performs periodic inventory audits of all accounts per contract requirement. Warehouse supports a repair operation that manages serviceable and unserviceable inventory as well as a broad selection of repair parts in multiple accounts. Responsible for:
Coordinating the smooth turn-in.
Shipping and replenishment of repairable assets and of fielded Authorized Stockage List (ASL) items.
Leading a high volume warehouse environment with regular time-critical shipments.
Basic Qualifications Ability to obtain a Security Clearance
Experience with inventory management, electronic inventory management systems, shipping / receiving, warehouse management, supply inventory audits, packaging and hazardous material handling
Ability to lift 35 pounds and support manual labor required to support warehouse operations
Must be able to lift 70 lbs. as part of a two man lift team
Well versed in condition codes and able to manage components in separate accounts
Well versed in USPS mailing and various commercial entity scheduling and shipping procedures
Must possess computer skills necessary to operate and understand current system with training
Must be adept at using Microsoft Office applications and required to interface with user entities
The candidate needs to be willing to travel as required by contract demands
Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience / combined education, with 10 years of professional experience; or no experience required with a related Masters degree
Desired skills Military inventory management/supply experience
Familiarity with ITAR guidelines is a plus
Experience with military inventory management systems is a strongly desired
