Job Summary:

The senior associate (Event Management) would be required to work in a team environment in delivering and managing the administrative needs of the team.

Essential Functions of the Job:

The primary role and responsibility of this position will be

  • Co-ordinate with Clients for Reports Requirements gathering and feasibility

  • Ensure service levels are met as agreed with the client

  • Ensure quality of reports are consistent with EY Standards, ensure zero defect rate

  • Supervisor level reviews for critical deliverable

  • Up-skilling/mentoring initiatives for the team

  • Planning and managing the event in different phases

  • Create invites, reminders and confirmations for events

  • Managing event logistics & travel for the event

  • Coordinating visa formalities if required

  • Project coordination

  • Analyze the request, and clarify all the requirements for the task.

  • Design, setup and deploy e-Campaigns, Newsletters and e-Surveys periodically as per the client requirement.

  • Multi-tasking with different events and working with multiple event coordinators

  • Analyze and report the tracking results with the onshore team, when needed.

  • On-site support, as and when required

  • Setting up the required SharePoint pages after the event is completed

  • Relationship building with key stakeholders

  • Clear understanding and definition of customer requirements, liaising at ease with the customers in terms of job receipts, complaints, reporting and reviews

  • Ensuring that key commitments of the customers and SLAs are always on track

For Internal LEEP candidates more knowledge about using internal EY tools like GEMA, InterActions, BRET and SCORE process would have priority
