Job purpose:

Integration Lead in the IT Advisory Services team to work on various cloud implementation projects for our customers across the globe.

Your client responsibilities:

  • Need to work as a team leader (technical leader) to contribute in various implementation project.

  • Interface and communicate with the onsite coordinators

  • Planning and monitoring of the project deliverables from the team.

  • Mentor the project team in executing the identified projects

  • Regular status reporting to the Manager and onsite coordinators

  • Interface with the customer representatives as and when needed

  • Willing to travel to the customers locations on need basis

Basic Qualification:

BE/BTech/MCA/MBA with a sound industry experience of 6 to 9 years.


  • Candidate must have done at least one end to end implementation.

  • Certified in Intro to Mastery/ SF HCM Academy

  • Certified in Compensation Academy

Consultants should have the below skills & expertise:

  • Must have participated in at least one complete compensation cycle.

  • Must have experience in setting up compensation plan templates

  • Familiar with setting up Guidelines and eligibility rules. Hands-on is a must.

  • Have worked on creating budget and adding budget calculations.

  • Familiar with managing group assignments to compensation groups.

  • Configured role based permissions

  • Hands-on compensation plan template XML.

  • Must be sound in reporting. Must have experience in creating roll up reports, YouCalc widget and ad-hoc reports.

  • Should be well versed with Compensation implementation guidelines right from understanding business requirements and then translating them to system configuration and create solution design.

  • Must be comfortable with creation of compensation statements including creating templates, setting permissions, assigning employees to group and generating statements.

  • Must be aware of integrating Compensation with other Successfactors modules.
