Description of Role

A resource planner is needed for the overall day-to-day responsibility of prioritizing and scheduling resourcing requests. The incumbent will be the first point of contact for resource bookings in your area of responsibility. You will ensure accurate, consistent, profitable and solution-orientated resourcing processes take place in conjunction with the delivery manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure that all engagements are resourced taking account of continuity, transformation and using the best leveraging

  • Analysis and action taken on utilization, planned vs. charged, availability, productivity and other reports as directed from time to time

  • Contribute actively to the performance management and development of our people

  • Matching people to resource requirements by knowing our people, understanding their skills and facilitating their development needs


Qualifications & Experience

Advanced Excel skills are a compulsory requirement – Candidate will need to pass an Excel based pre assessment.

Diploma or certificates would be an advantage
