Job Description

Primary responsibility for performing service and fulfillment activities to meet trust client needs and expectations within the US Trust group. Trust product expert who acts as an additional point of contact for clients and/or as a backup for client-facing trust officers. Provides high level administrative support to client facing Trust Officers and performs servicing and account maintenance activities, which are primarilytrust/fiduciary-relatedthat include PACE/Trust Web accounting transactions, deposits/transfers, etc. Performs administrative duties such as typing, filing, copying, etc. Secondary responsibility for identifying new business opportunities from existing book of business. Non-licensed associate.

Required Skills :

  • Ability to perform at a high level in a fast paced team environment

  • Self Starter, comfortable working in a large corporation

  • Strongclerical/administrativeexperience (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

  • Able to multitask in a fast paced environment

  • Sense of urgency & not afraid to ask questions

Desired Skills:

  • BS/ BA degree or trust administrative experience
