Position will be a member of Access Review Development team. As a Database architect/Solution designer, responsible for database designs, ETL designs, and access review process designs of Access Review platform. Able to work in more then one project as an individual contributor. Propose and advise teams on how to design and build access review data flow processes. Work closely with business partners to finalize UI designs and access review processes. Should be able to communicate and articulate access review processes to business in order to finalize the business processes. Perform database and ETL code reviews for better performance. Tune the database and ETL processes on periodic basis in order to support data growth.
Strong Oracle database design skills.
Strong experience in ETL tools i.e. informatica.
Transactional & Data warehouse design must.
Effective communication skills.
Strong analytical/problem solving/conceptual thought skills.
Strong experience in industry standard ER tools i.e. Sybase Designer.
Strong experience in SQL, and PL/SQL.
Excellent experience in dimensional data model( Start and Snow flaking designs) and transaction data model.
Strong experience in huge data volume based databases designs and Web applications.
Work with different development teams as part of multiple projects.
Ability to work independently on initiatives with little oversight. Motivated and willing to learn.
Must have strong leadership skills and qualities which enable you to work with peers and various levels of management.
Strong experience in Microsoft office tools.
Strong experience and knowledge in Oracle Exadata architecture.
End to end metadata management and architectural design skills for providing data lineage from various source to target.
IAM domain skills that includes access review and request domains.
Experience and knowledge of different systems i.e. mainframe, databases, Active Directory, Linux architectures.
Knowledge of enterprise based authorization and authentication processes and tools.
Knowledge and experience in SOX based review and audit processes a plus.
At least 7 to 10 years of experience in database design and processes designs.
Ability to work with Technical and Non Technical business owners.
Experience in multiple RDBMS systems.
Knowledge of web based technologies.
Experience in industry standard reporting tools.
Should aware tools, technologies, industry standards and best practices in the data space.
Enterprise Role Overview:
Participates in design, development and implementation of architectural deliverables, to include components of the assessment and optimization of system design and review of user requirements. Contributes to the determination of technical and operational feasibility of solutions. Develops prototypes of the system design and works with database, operations, technical support and other IT areas as appropriate throughout development and implementation processes. May lead multiple projects with competing deadlines. Serves as a fully seasoned/proficient technical resource; provides tech knowledge and capabilities as team member and individual contributor. Will not have direct reports but will influence and direct activities of a team related to special initiatives or operations, as well as mentor junior band 5 Architect 1's. Provides input on staffing, budget and personnel. Typically 7 or more years of architecture experience.
