Job Description:

Develops, enhances, debugs, supports, maintains and tests software applications that support business units or supporting functions. These application program solutions may involve diverse development platforms, software, hardware, technologies and tools. Participates in design, development and implementation of complex applications, often using new technologies. May provide technical direction and system architecture for individual initiatives. Serves as a fully seasoned/proficient technical resource. May lead projects and direct activities of a team related to special initiatives or operations. May have responsibility for a project and project budget. May collaborate with external programmers to coordinate delivery of software application. Routine accountability is for technical knowledge and capabilities. Works under minimal supervision, with general guidance from more seasoned consultants. This job code is only to be used for associates working in the state of California. Typically requires 5-7 years of experience.

Position Summary

Application support position dealing with contact center technologies, call routing, list management, digital recording platforms, workforce management software and general production support capabilities. Candidate would use best practice knowledge to work with Technology, Business teams and Vendors in troubleshooting, consulting, and maintaining system performance. Must have strong communication and written skills, and the ability to adapt to a changing environment. Strong analytical skills are a requirement, both in understanding system performance, ensure system stability and mitigating risk. Ability to participate in on-call support duties as needed.

Required Skills

o 3-10 year’s experience supporting Telecommunication production environment.

o Experience with Aspect Advanced List Management, Aspect Unified IP, Aspect Workforce Management and Aspect UCC-RTR monitoring

o Experience with Call Recording Solutions

o Experience with Microsoft Windows Server support and maintenance(2012)

Desired Skills

o Working knowledge SQL, Oracle and associated reporting and queries

o Microsoft Windows scripting technologies such as Powershell

o Ability to multitask during production support events

o Ability to work in multi-site team environment

o Familiarity with Nuance IVR
