Job Responsibilities:

· Answer incoming calls

· Schedule meetings and appointments for their supervisor

· Monitor the complete submission of printed time reports of their supervisors' other staff

· Assist supervisors' needs

· Coordinate among the different stakeholders connected to their supervisor

· Perform other secretarial responsibilities as needed by their supervisor


  • Bachelor's degree holder

  • Be able to communicate comfortably both in English and Filipino

  • Be able to present him/herself in a presentable and professional manner

  • Be willing to work overtime and on weekends and holidays when required

  • Be able to work comfortably in a group or individually

  • Be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
